Messed up or just the norm?

Ya know I really hate how society has warped everyones percepting of how things "really" are. Its just not fair for all the kids growing up now days. They have to deal with so much crud and false realities. People are so set in their own self absorbed paradigms. Teenagers think that their choices don't effect anyone but them, but it reality that just not true. Every choice we make effect more people than we can even comprehend. Its just a sad fact of reality that when things dont go our way we ( as a society) tend to blame everyone around us, but when things do turn out right, we take all the credit. people just cant take responsiblity for our actions and choices, good or bad. When we watch tv or read magazines we are bombarded with things we dont want to see, why is it that despite this knowledge we continue to expose ourselves to it. Me included, but its just a question why do we do it?? Is it just entertainsment purposes, or is it some subconscious thing that society has told us its ok?? I really dont know but I do know that when you are exposed to as much filth as our generation is just living life and being around people, you start to just ignore it and not notice as much. I dont know if this is good or bad, but I do know it is happening. Is It a good thing that our conscious mind doesnt percieve garbage or is it worse that our subcious does and we dont even know we are being exposed and our souls are dumping grounds for the worlds waste?? "WHY DO WE DO THE THINGS WE DO?"

Swimming with the Fires

This is when my family and the Fires went swimming at our house. It was sooooo hot outside.

Fourth of July Weekend

For the 4th we had lots of people over and the kids swam and played. It was tons of fun. Then the Jones, fires, and my family went geo cacheing, and found one down by the verdy. It was a little hike but definitly worth it.
